Description	CGH intends to develop the state land located along Simei Avenue into a Mixed-Use Annex Building comprising of Non-Clinical and Operational Support Facilities, Innovation and Research Laboratories, Logistics Warehouse, Administrative Offices, Meeting Rooms, and Training Spaces, including a link bridge connectivity to CGH Campus. The awarded qualified Consultant team shall carry out a Preliminary Study which includes a Technical Feasibility Study for the Proposed Mixed-User Development.
