Description

This Contract comprises of performing Design and Build Works Design and Build A&A Works to Discharge Lounge (DL) & Pharmacy B at Main Building Level 1, include, but not limited to, the following:

Demolition Work, comprising Demolitions of Existing Affected by the New Works;
Interior Fitting-Out Work, comprising Interior Fitting-Out Work to DL & Pharmacy B;
Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Work, comprising Electrical Installation, Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Installation, Fire Protection Installation, Fire Regularisation Works and Plumbing & Sanitary Installation;
All making good of existing areas affected by the Works; and
Complete entire reno works within 40 calendar weeks inclusive of mobilisation period from the Date of Handover of Site.

This RFP is open to bidders with minimum CW01 – C1 registered.

Qualified bidders shall write to the buyer in charge at carmin.tan.k.m@alpshealthcare.com.sg with the following:

Name, Designation, Contact Numbers and emails of the person attending the COMPULSORY Physical RFP Briefing and Site Show Round.
Please note that each company can only send TWO representatives to attend the briefing and showround.
Kindly indicate the email address to be receiving all future correspondences from CGH with regard to this project.
CGH will share the Non-Disclosure Undertaking Form and details of Briefing and site show round.
