Title

REPLACEMENT OF MOT CONTROL PANELS AT OPERATING THEATRES 5, 6, 7 AND 8 AT LEVEL 3, CHANGI GENERAL HOSPITAL

Description

The replacement works shall include removal of existing control panel, seal up the wall where required, plastering works and making good of affected areas including painting. It is also proposed to upgrade the existing MCB ratings to 20A.

The works shall be carried-out in three phases

i. Phase 1 – OT 5

ii. Phase 2 – OT 6

iii. Phase 3 – OT 7 & 8

For each Phase stated in the above, all works, including Dismantling the Existing Panel, Installation of the New Panel, testing & commissioning, must be completed within 5 days from taking over the site.

Submit your RFP proposal ONLY at 60mins before the RFP closing date & time (for this RFP, Bidder is to submit their proposal only on 20 October 2023, after 1400hours, BUT not later than 1500 hours).
In the email, Bidder shall perform a print screen of the Total Cost Summary Schedule in Part 5 of your RFP document, in order for us to correspond your submission to ensure transparency in recording of price as of closing date and time.
