Changi General Hospital (CGH) will be organizing an event to have the largest number of Senior citizen (above 65 years old) attending a health awareness lesson in CGH as part of our 88^th anniversary celebration.

Event management services will be required for the event execution, logistics and any other administration. 

RFP/RFI/Tender documents are obtainable from the buyer-in-charge via email.

Interested bidders are to write in to the buyer-in-charge and provide the following information:

1. Company full name
2. Person(s)-in-charge of response to this RFP
3. Email address & contact number of person(s)-in-charge
4. BCA Workhead and Bizsafe certification (if applicable)
   

Bidders are to adhere to the following instructions. We will not accept your submission if any Bidder did not adhere to the following:

1. Submit your RFP proposal ONLY at 60mins before the RFP closing date & time (for this RFP, Bidder is to submit his proposal only on 4 August 2023, after 1400hrs, BUT not later than 1500hrs).
   
2. In the email, Bidder shall perform a print screen the Total Cost Summary Schedule in Part 5 of your RFP document, in order for us to correspond your submission to ensure transparency in recording of price as of closing date and time.
3. All submissions must be submitted before the closing time and date
