Remarks	We shall reserve our rights, not to accept your submission if any Bidder did not adhere to the following instruction: Submit your RFP proposal ONLY at 60mins before the RFP closing date & time (for this RFP, Bidder is to submit their proposal only on 26 May 2023, after 1400hours, BUT not later than 1500 hours). In the email, Bidder shall perform a print screen of the Total Cost Summary Schedule in Part 5 of your RFP document, in order for us to correspond your submission to ensure transparency in recording of price as of closing date and time. All submissions must be submitted before the closing time and date.
