Pharmacists are a link between patients and their doctors. We help patients to understand the role of medications in their overall treatment plan. We believe that when patients understand how their medications work, they will be able to take their medications regularly and work with our doctors to manage their medical problems.
The Pharmacy Department provides a range of services in various areas:
The Medication Delivery Service delivers your medication to your doorstep. You may also collect medication at designated lockers across Singapore. To order your medications, you may use the Health Buddy Application on your mobile phone.
Terms and conditions apply. For more information, please click here.
Patients will no longer receive hardcopy prescriptions for their medication orders at the CGH Specialist Outpatient Clinics. The medication orders for patients are sent electronically to the Pharmacy and stored there.
With this, patients and caregivers can look forward to:
- Security: No more misplaced prescriptions. Patients can also check their medication balance via the Health Buddy App.
- Convenience: Patients can arrange for Medication Delivery via Health Buddy.
If you require a copy of the medication list for reference, please inform our doctors, nurses or pharmacy staff.
Note:
- A printed prescription is still required for collection of medications prescribed before 8 December 2023.
- Medications can be self-collected at the Pharmacy, if required.
For more information on paperless prescriptions, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions.
The Pick & Go service allows you to pre-order medications for self-collection at Pharmacy @ MC. An SMS reminder will be sent to you before your planned collection. To order your medications, you may use the Health Buddy Application on your mobile phone.
