Medication Collection

Arrange for your medications to be delivered to your home via the Health Buddy app. Alternatively, you can place an order through the Health Buddy app and collect your medication at our outpatient pharmacies. For more information on medication collection, click here.

Payment Methods

You may make your payment using the following methods

  • Sign-up for Outpatient Payment Arrangement here, to authorise CGH to charge the bill to your Medisave, credit card, medical benefit card, Letter of Guarantee, Civil Service Card, or SingHealth Staff Benefit Card. GIRO arrangement may be arranged over the clinic counter.
  • Payment via SingHealth Health Buddy App Mobile Pay, using credit/debit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX), or eNETS Direct Debit (Internet banking)
  • DBS Bill Payment Service: DBS Internet Banking, Mobile Banking or PayLah
  • NETS or credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX) at our designated Self-Service Stations located in the hospital
  • 7-Eleven stores located islandwide, including CGH Main Building Level 1. Cash or NETS payment accepted.
  • SAM kiosks & AXS stations located islandwide. An AXS station is located in CGH near 7-Eleven at Main Building & Integrated Building Level 1
  • NETS or credit cards at our clinic counters
