Our Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOCs) are located at the Main Building, the Medical Centre, and The Integrated Building. To find your way to the clinics, please click here.

Operating Hours

  • Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Saturdays (For selected clinics only): 8.30am to 12:30pm
  • Closed on Sundays and public holidays

For urgent medical attention, visit our Emergency Department.

 

Make, Change or Cancel Appointment

Clinic consultations with our doctors are strictly by appointment only.

You may make, change, or cancel an appointment via:

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please reschedule or cancel the appointment.

 

What to Bring

Please bring along your:

  • Identification card (e.g. Singapore NRIC, Birth Certificate if you are under 15, or Passport/Employment Pass/Work Permit/Dependant’s Pass). National digital identity cards in the SingPass app are accepted as well.
  • Medical benefit cards, if any (e.g. Civil Service Concession Card, blood donor card, etc.)

For your first visit, please bring the following items as well:

  • Referral letter from GP/Family Doctor/Specialist (including CHAS referral subsidy form), if applicable
  • Any other medical records/documents for your doctor’s reference
