Community Hearing Clinic

The Changi General Hospital Community Hearing Clinics provide second level hearing assessment and support for seniors who have been identified with hearing loss after undergoing Level 1 Functional Screenings under the Ministry of Health Project Silver Screen (PSS) programme.

The PSS programme encourages Singaporeans aged 60 years and above to undergo Level 1 Functional Screenings to identify age-related decline in vision, hearing and oral health, where early identification and intervention can help seniors age well in place and enhance their quality of life.

Located at Eunos Polyclinic and Tampines Community Health Centre, the Community Hearing Clinics provide the following audiology services:

Diagnostic hearing tests
Hearing aid evaluation sessions
Hearing aid fitting
Follow-up consultations

The Community Hearing Clinics currently only accept referrals from the Project Silver Screen programme. Our services are by appointments only, and walk-in services are not available.
