Description	Awarded Bidder shall provide the service on event management for upcoming Dinner & Dance (D&D) event set on 25th November 2023. The theme for the D&D is Hollywood Movies. Awarded Bidder shall propose decorations relating to the theme with integration of activities related to the anniversary. Other services to be provided are pre-event publicity, technical services support, professional services (videography, Disc Jockey and Emcee etc.). Remarks	Bidders must ensure that the above information submitted in their RFP proposals is complete. In view of the current COVID-19 situation, physical RFP submission via tender box at Supply Chain Management Department is no longer accepted. All the RFP submission must be emailed to the buyer (wilson.wong.g.l@alpshealthcare.com.sg). Submit your RFP proposal ONLY at 60mins before the RFP closing date & time (for e.g. Closing date: 03 March 2023, Closing time: 3pm. Bidder is to submit their proposal only on 03 March 2023, after 1400hrs, BUT not later than 1500). In the email, Bidder shall perform a print screen the Pricing summary in Part 5 of your RFP document, in order for us to correspond your submission to ensure transparency in recording of price as of closing date and time. All submissions submitted after the closing time and date, as of the PC time of receiving will not be considered.
