As part of the hospital's ongoing initiative to enhance safety, the hospital would like to introduce the application of floor coating system with anti-skid and anti-slip properties progressively. For this procurement exercise, the application shall focus on areas where there is higher risk of vehicle skidding and slipping such as corners/bends of the car park driveway. Contractor shall supply all necessary labour, tools, access and materials to prepare the existing car park surfaces and application of approved floor coating system to allow finished surface to come with anti-skid and anti-slip properties.  This shall include all necessary protection, traffic controls, temporary signs, reinstatement of floor signs after application and etc. to ensure the application is complete as a whole.

1. Submit your RFP proposal ONLY at 60mins before the RFP closing date & time (for this RFP, Bidder is to submit their proposal only on 7 June 2023, after 1400hours, BUT not later than 1500 hours).
   
   
2. In the email, Bidder shall perform a print screen of the Total Cost Summary Schedule in Part 5 of your RFP document, in order for us to correspond your submission to ensure transparency in recording of price as of closing date and time.
   
   
3. All submissions must be submitted before the closing time and date.
