Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)	Vendors are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Undertaking (NDU) before collection of RFP document. The NDU is to be duly signed by the authorised signatory from the Vendor’s organisation.
Remarks	Bidders are to adhere to the following instructions. We will not accept your submission if any Bidder did not adhere to the following: Bidder to email submit their RFP proposal ONLY within 60 minutes before the RFP closing time on closing date (and not earlier). That means, all submissions submitted before 1 March 2023, 1400 hours/2.00pm or after 1500 hours/3.00 pm on RFP Closing Date, as reflected in the email received time, will be disqualified. Bidder is to PRINT SCREEN the Final Summary page of the Schedule of Works and PASTE inside their email when submitting their proposal.
