Description

The purpose of this work is to convert an existing CSO which is currently located at Level 3, Main Building of Changi General Hospital, to a temporary Echo Clinic. Upon completion, this temporary Echo Clinic shall be operational according to their clinical functions as planned, which shall mainly comprise of 4 Consultation Rooms, 1 EEG Room and waiting bays.

Qualified bidders shall write to the buyer in charge at carmin.tan.k.m@alpshealthcare.com.sg with the following:

Name, Designation, Contact Numbers and emails of the person attending the COMPULSORY Physical RFP Briefing and Site Show Round.
Please note that each company can only send TWO representatives to attend the briefing and showround.
Kindly indicate the email address to be receiving all future correspondences from CGH with regard to this project.
CGH will share the Non-Disclosure Undertaking Form and details of Briefing and site show round.

Such request should reach us not later than Thursday, 14 September 2023, 5.00pm. All RFP documents will be issued out after the site briefing.
