Remarks	We shall reserve our rights, not to accept your submission if any Bidder did not adhere to the following instruction: Submit your RFP proposal ONLY at 60mins before the RFP closing date & time (for this RFP, Bidder is to submit their proposal only on 15 December 2023, after 1400hours, BUT not later than 1500 hours). In the email, Bidder shall perform a print screen of the Total Cost Summary Schedule in Part 5 of your RFP document, in order for us to correspond your submission to ensure transparency in recording of price as of closing date and time.
