Remarks
We shall reserve our rights not to accept your submission if any Bidder did not adhere to the following instructions:

  1. Submit your ITQ proposal ONLY at 60 mins before the ITQ closing date & time (for this ITQ, Bidder is to submit their proposal only on 8 August 2023, after 1400hrs, BUT not later than 1500hrs).
  2. In the email, Bidder shall perform a print screen the Pricing summary of your ITQ document, in order for us to correspond your submission to ensure transparency in recording of price as of closing date and time.
  3. All submissions must be submitted before the closing time and date.
