Description	The Aluminium Axillary Crutches is used by Rehabilitation Services and Retail Pharmacy. In lieu of the current COVID-19, we will be accepting submission of RFP Documents and Annexes via email only during this period. Bidders are to adhere to the following instructions. We will not accept your submission if any Bidder did not adhere to the following: Submit your RFP proposal ONLY at 60 mins before the RFP closing date & time (for e.g. Closing date: 8 February 2023, Closing time: 3pm. Bidder is to submit their proposal only on 8 February 2023, after 1400hrs, BUT not later than 1500hrs). In the email, Bidder shall perform a print screen the Pricing summary in Part 5 of your RFP document, in order for us to correspond your submission to ensure transparency in recording of price as of closing date and time. All submissions submitted after the closing time and date, as of the PC time of receiving. Bidder to submit his proposal in the form of TWO (2) softcopies (one editable softcopy and one scanned signed softcopy - by an authorised representative of bidder).
