DescriptionWe are looking for an integrated communications agency to propose a 12-month through-the-line communications campaign to enhance awareness of the GPFirst programme and public education, to go to GPFirst clinics for mild-to moderate conditions that can be managed by the GPs.

Agency to propose an integrated, sustainable and cost-effective 1-year communications plan that helps to meet the objectives.
Proposal should include communications strategy and tactics in utilising various types of communications on both online and offline platforms for optimal outreach to the target audience. This may include but is not limited to:

  • Press releases / News platforms / Publications
  • TV / Radio interviews or advertisements
  • Videos
  • Social media engagement and Influencers
  • Collaterals
  • Out of Home advertising

  1. Submit your RFP proposal ONLY at 60mins before the RFP closing date & time (for e.g. Closing date: 13 September 2022, Closing time: 3pm. Bidder is to submit their proposal only on 13 September 2022, after 1400hrs, BUT not later than 1500).
  2. In the email, Bidder shall perform a print screen the Pricing summary in Part 5 of your RFP document, in order for us to correspond your submission to ensure transparency in recording of price as of closing date and time.
  3. All submissions submitted after the closing time and date, as of the PC time of receiving.
