1. Demolition Work, comprising Demolitions of Existing Affected by the New Works;
   
2. Interior Fitting-Out Work, comprising Interior Fitting-Out Work to DL & Pharmacy B;
   
3. Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Work, comprising Electrical Installation, Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Installation, Fire Protection Installation, Fire Regularisation Works and Plumbing & Sanitary Installation;
   
4. All making good of existing areas affected by the Works; and
   
5. Complete entire reno works within 40 calendar weeks inclusive of mobilisation period from the Date of Handover of Site.
