Description

This Contract comprises of performing Design and Build A&A Works to relocate the Rehabilitation Medicine Centre (RMC) to the existing Geriatric Medicine Centre (GMC), Geriatric Day Hospital (GDH) and Psychological Medicine Centre (PMC) at Integrated Building, include, but not limited to, the following:

Demolition Work, comprising Demolitions of Existing Affected by the New Works;
Interior Fitting-Out Work, comprising Interior Fitting-Out Work to the spaces
Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Work, comprising Electrical Installation; Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Installation; Fire Protection Installation; Plumbing & Sanitary Installation; Medical gas and Pneumatic tube;
All making good of existing areas affected by the Works; and
Complete entire works within 20 calendar weeks inclusive mobilisation period from the Date of Handover of Site.

Qualified bidders shall write to the buyer in charge at carmin.tan.k.m@alpshealthcare.com.sg with the following:

Name, Designation, Contact Numbers and emails of the person attending the COMPULSORY Physical RFP Briefing and Site Show Round.
Please note that each company can only send TWO representatives to attend the briefing and showround.
Kindly indicate the email address to be receiving all future correspondences from CGH with regard to this project.
CGH will share the Non-Disclosure Undertaking Form and details of Briefing and site show round.

Such request should reach us not later than Friday, 04 August 2023, 5.00pm. All RFP documents will be issued out after the site briefing.
