2. Interior Fitting-Out Work, comprising Interior Fitting-Out Work to New Renal Dialysis Unit at Basement 1;
3. Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Work, comprising Electrical Installation; Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Installation; Fire Protection Installation; Plumbing & Sanitary Installation; Medical gas and Pneumatic tube;
4. All making good of existing areas affected by the Works; and
5. Complete entire Addition & Alteration Works for Renal Dialysis Unit at Basement 1 within 31 calendar weeks (23 weeks for RDU1 and 31 weeks for RDU 2) inclusive of 3 weeks of mobilization period from the Date of Handover of Site.

Department is no longer accepted. All the RFP submission must be emailed to the buyer (carmin.tan.k.m@alpshealthcare.com.sg and wilson.wong.g.l@alpshealthcare.com.sg).

Bidders are to ensure that they are following the instructions as specified under Part 2.3_Tender Submission. Otherwise, the RFP will not be accepted.
Within 3 days from the RFP closing date, bidders are required to submit their RFP proposal in one (1) original hardcopy hardcopies to:

• Submit your RFP proposal ONLY at 60mins before the RFP closing date & time (for e.g. Closing date: 28 October 2022, Closing time: 3pm. Bidder is to submit their proposal only on 28 October 2022, after 1400hrs, BUT not later than 1500).
• In the email, Bidder must perform a print screen the Pricing summary in Part 5 of your RFP document, in order for us to correspond your submission to ensure transparency in recording of price as of closing date and time.
• All submissions submitted after the closing time and date, as of the PC time of receiving will not be considered
