Title

SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND TESTING & COMMISSONING OF SURGICAL LIGHT SYSTEM FOR OPERATING THEATRE WITH A TERM CONTRACT OF 2 YEARS

Description

The existing surgical lights at the Main Building (MB) Main Operating Theatres (MOT) 5 and 6 and Day Surgery Operating Theatres (DSOT) 2, 3 and 4 have reached their life span of 10 years. As part of the hospital's ongoing initiative to ensure operational reliability and continued life and service support, these surgical lights including all necessary peripherals are recommended for replacement.

Bidder shall supply transportation, labor, tools, and materials and replace all surgical lights at the relevant rooms. This shall include all necessary modification of works and certification by qualified and competent person to ensure the installation is complete as a whole.

Submit your RFP proposal ONLY at 60mins before the RFP closing date & time (for this RFP, Bidder is to submit their proposal only on 3 November 2023, after 1400hours, BUT not later than 1500 hours).
