Please submit your Bidder's Proposal and Annexes via email to buyer-in-charge. 

We shall reserve our rights, not to accept your submission if any Bidder did not adhere to the following instruction:

1. Submit your RFP proposal ONLY at 60mins before the RFP closing date & time (for this RFP, Bidder is to submit their proposal only on 24 May 2023, after 1400hours, BUT not later than 1500 hours).
   
   
2. In the email, Bidder shall perform a print screen of the Total Cost Summary Schedule in Part 5 of your RFP document, in order for us to correspond your submission to ensure transparency in recording of price as of closing date and time.

All submissions must be submitted before the closing time and date.

The Bidder shall ensure compliance with Health Science Authority (HSA) regulatory requirements. This includes compulsory registration for all products under the risk classification A, B, C and D. The products belonging to risk classification A, B, C and D proposed by the Bidder under this RFP, must be registered and approved by HSA under the Health Products Act (Chapter 122D) – Health Products (Medical Devices) Regulations 2010.
