This RFP Calls for the Proposed Design & Build to One Stop Patient Service Centre (PSC) at Changi General Hospital, Main Building.

This project aims to gather all non-treatment related enquires department into 1 clinic so to provide a new patient experience to the patient at Main Building, Level 1.

The Works shall include but not limited to the following:

1. Removal and/or modification of existing wall, ceiling, doors, fittings and fixtures, and finishes;
2. Supply and install new partition wall, doors, ceiling, flooring, cabinetry, shelves/racks, guard rail and other building infrastructure works;
   
3. Removal, modification, and/or supply and install new carpentry works;
4. Diversion, termination and/or relocation of M&E services;
5. Relocate and/or supply existing ACMV system and mechanical ventilation and other related works;
6. Relocate and/or supply lighting points and fittings, power, data and fax points and other related electrical works;
7. Removal and capping of all existing plumbing and sanitary and other related works including fixture and fittings;
8. Provide fire protection and safety system and other related works;
9. Replacement works within the affected areas;
10. Design and build for Addition and Alteration Works;
11. Pre-Con Site Survey;
12. Reinstatement and any related works not mentioned above but necessary for the completion of the Works (if not listed below shall be deemed as inclusive);
13. Consulting and obtaining approvals from the relevant Authorities (if any);
14. Handing over of completed works inclusive of inspections required till all defects are cleared.
15. 24 weeks to complete the works in 2 phases.

• Please note that each company can only send TWO (2) representative to attend the briefing and site show round.
• Kindly indicate the email address to be receiving all future correspondences from CGH with regard to this project.
• CGH will share the Non-Disclosure Undertaking Form and details of the briefing. 
  

A compulsory Physical RFP Briefing and Site Show Round will be conducted on:

1. Bidder to email submit their RFP proposal ONLY within 60 minutes before the RFP closing time on closing date (and not earlier). That means, all submissions submitted before 17 March 2023, 1400 hours/2.00pm or after 1500 hours/3.00 pm on RFP Closing Date, as reflected in the email received time, will be disqualified.
2. Bidder is to PRINT SCREEN the Final Summary page of the Schedule of Works and PASTE inside their email when submitting their proposal. This is to enable us to review and capture the correct bid price and ensure transparency of RFP closing.
