Reference to the Singapore Healthcare Services Act (HCSA), the Ministry of Health requires all staff of healthcare, regardless public or private healthcare, including personnel from outsourced partners or vendors who regularly work in the healthcare institution premise, to meet the measles and diphtheria immunity requirements by 3rd January 2022.

TitlePROPOSED DESIGN & BUILD WORKS FOR ANCILLARY AREAS TO MRI AT LEVEL 3, THE INTEGRATED BUILDING, CHANGI GENERAL HOSPITAL
DescriptionProposed Design & Build Works for Ancillary Areas to MRI at Level 3, the Integrated Building, Changi General Hospital, include, but not limited to, the following:

  • To reduce Psych Med sub-waiting area;
  • To create new Podiatry & Reporting room with necessary Builders and M&E facilities in the Diagnostic Clinic.
  • To re-locate the existing M&E service at existing Podiatry to fit new Reporting Room requirements.
  • Pre-Con Site Survey;
  • Consulting and obtaining approvals from the relevant Authorities (if any);
  • Handing over of completed works inclusive of inspections required till all defects are cleared.

This entire renovation works to be completed within Sixteen (16) weeks (include mobilisation period) from the Date of Commencement of the Works (including Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays).

EligibilityThis RFP is open to bidders with minimum CW01 – C3. Qualified bidders shall write to the buyer in charge at carmin.tan.k.m@alpshealthcare.com.sg with the following:

  • Name, Designation, Contact Numbers and emails of the person attending the Physical RFP Briefing and Site Show Round.
  • Please note that each company can only send 1 representative to attend the briefing and showround.
  • Kindly indicate the email address to be receiving all future correspondences from CGH with regard to this project.
  • CGH will share the Non-Disclosure Undertaking Form and details of the briefing. 

Such request should reach us not later than Tuesday, 13 September 2022, 6pm. All RFP documents will be issued out after the site briefing.
