ReXilience® Programme

The ReXilience® Programme, developed by the Department of TRaCS at Changi General Hospital, aims to enhance psychological resistance, foster resilience and facilitate recovery in individuals and organisations through our TRaCS framework.

The ReXilience® Programme is designed to:

  • Raise awareness about the importance of mental and emotional well-being,
  • Equip individuals with knowledge and skills to survive, rebound and thrive, and
  • Engage organisations to adopt resilience building initiatives.

The ReXilience® Programme consists of talks, training courses and services targeted at self-care, team-care and organisational-care. Our talks, training courses and services are designed based on practice-informed models, and can be customised to meet the varying needs of organisations. Through the programme, individuals and organisations may develop higher levels of psychological resistance and resilience to cope well with significant changes or adversity, be future-ready and thrive.
