YoOP! Art Exhibition

The YoOP! Annual Art Exhibition & Competition provides a platform for youths to explore and express themes of mental well-being through art, while fostering meaningful conversations about mental health within our community.

This year's theme, “Connected - People, Places and Experiences That Help Us Thrive” invites youths to reflect on the connections that support their well-being and help them navigate life's challenges. Whether through relationships with family and friends, spaces where they feel safe and belong, or experiences that have shaped their growth, participants are encouraged to share their unique perspectives through creative expression.

Through these artworks, we hope to celebrate the many ways connection can strengthen resilience, nurture well-being, and help us thrive.

Art Exhibition & Viewer's Choice Voting (2 to 9 November 2026)

Step into our inaugural online art exhibition and discover inspiring artworks created by students aged 12 to 16 from schools in the East.

As you browse the artworks, take a moment to reflect on your own connections. Some connections lift us up when life feels difficult. Some help us feel safe, understood, and valued. Others inspire us to grow into who we want to become. You are invited to use this guide to reflect on what these connections mean to you.
