Youth Outreach Programme (YoOP!)

The Youth Outreach Programme (YoOP!) is a ground-up, clinician-led initiative by Changi General Hospital that works with schools in the East of Singapore to support student mental well-being.

Comprising psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and clinical counsellors, YoOP! partners schools to build a supportive environment and strengthen the wellness ecosystem for youths to seek help and thrive.

Collaborations have included:

• Experiential workshops for students on specific mental health topics (e.g. self-compassion)
• Customised training for teachers, school counsellors and school leaders on youth mental health
• Wellness sessions for school staff
• Mental health booths at schools
• YoOP! Art Exhibition
