Programme Evaluation

Programme evaluation is the systematic collection of information about the activities, characteristics, and outcomes of a programme to:

  • Ensure accountability to funders
  • Assess programme effectiveness
  • Guide improvements
  • Inform decisions about future programme development

The HSR team supports the evaluation of key proof-of-concept projects that are piloted at CGH and SingHealth using quantitative, qualitative, and economic analysis methods. Findings have enabled relevant stakeholders to understand the clinical impact of these programmes on patient care, as well as to continually improve on the programmes to achieve better outcomes.
