Analytics is the process of developing actionable insights through problem definition and application of relevant analytical techniques in the domains of statistics, operations research techniques and artificial intelligence (AI).

What we do

We conduct in-depth analysis into key strategic areas to provide insights for CGH using statistics and operations research techniques (e.g. discrete event simulation and optimisation). We also develop, test and validate AI-based predictive models which can improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. Our findings enable informed decision making among CGH stakeholders in designing and implementing healthcare interventions which primarily aim to enhance patients outcomes and provider experience
