Research Laboratory Facilities & Services

Our research laboratory provides bench-work support for investigator-led studies and sponsored trials. It also offers consultative services for the design of research studies. It is currently involved in a broad spectrum of research in various disciplines such as microbiology, gastroenterology, cardiology and endocrinology.

Our research capabilities includes:

1. Genotyping and phenotyping, microbiological testing, PCR, cytokine profiling, sputum processing and specialised laboratory assays.
2. Development and validation of LC-MS/MS methods specific to sample matrix and analytes of interest.
3. Targeted quantification of metabolites (e.g. amino acids, drugs, etc.) and protein markers.
