For our video consultation services, patients will be connected to members of the clinical care team (doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals) via the Zoom online video conferencing application.

To facilitate a smooth video consultation, patients will need a computer/smartphone/tablet equipped with a microphone and web camera. Additionally, the Zoom application must be installed on the device. For detailed instructions, please refer to our step-by-step user guide.

Download the Zoom application below or download the desktop app here.

The appointment details, including the Zoom meeting links, will be sent:

On the Day of the Video Consultation

Step 1: Log in to Zoom 10 minutes prior to the scheduled video consultation. Join the Zoom meeting via the link or key in the ‘Meeting ID’ and ‘Password’ provided in the SMS.

Step 2: The video consultation will proceed after the patient’s identity* has been verified by the healthcare professional.
*The patient will need to present a form of photo identification (e.g., National Registration Identity Card, Employment Pass, or passport) to the healthcare professional for verification. To facilitate this process, the Zoom account ID should reflect the patient’s full name.
