CGH offers teleconsultation services for eligible patients, allowing them to receive professional healthcare services in the comfort of their homes.
Our healthcare professionals will assess each patient’s medical condition to determine their eligibility for telemedicine services. Patients with existing in-person appointments at the hospital should keep to their scheduled appointment, unless they have been notified by the hospital about the conversion to phone or video consultations.

If eligible, the patient will be notified via SMS or Push Notification via the Health Buddy app.
