The CGH Office of Innovation was launched as the Centre for Innovation on 23 November 2012, one of the first healthcare innovation offices in a public healthcare institution and was expanded to house strategic collaborative programmes, and coordinate and push forward the innovation portfolio. Through working hand-in-hand with our partners, the Office of Innovation aims to effect a paradigm shift that will transform healthcare and meet current healthcare needs.
The Office of Innovation offers a comprehensive range of activities to facilitate innovation projects at Changi General Hospital. This includes services and portfolio management to strategically execute projects, corporate governance for smooth execution of projects through development of policies and guidelines, facilitation of projects collaborations with internal and external partners, and enabling innovation through means of funding.
