Dr Poongkulali is a Senior Consultant with the Department of Emergency Medicine at Changi General Hospital (CGH). She completed her fellowship training in pre-hospital care and has a special interest in education. She is involved in teaching medical students and training paramedics in pre-hospital emergency care.
