Dr Ling Xiao Shuang is an Associate Consultant with the Division of Breast Surgery, Department of Surgery at Changi General Hospital (CGH). She obtained her medical degree from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2013. Subsequently, she completed her general surgery residency training and obtained her FRCSEd (General Surgery) in 2021.

She is fluent in English, Chinese, Malay, Cantonese and Hokkien. Dr Ling has keen interest in the field of Breast surgery and providing holistic patient care.
