Dr Huang Huiling

​Dr Huang Huiling is an Associate Consultant with the Department of Emergency Medicine at Changi General Hospital (CGH). She graduated from the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2016 and completed her Master of Medicine in Emergency Medicine in 2022, subsequently finishing her Emergency Medicine Residency with SingHealth in 2024. 

During her residency, Dr Huang’s contributions towards healthcare excellence were recognised with the RiSE Outstanding Resident Award in 2023.
