Clin Asst Prof Christopher Chang Ngai Kin is a family physician as well as Head and Senior Consultant with the Department of Care & Health Integration at Changi General Hospital (CGH). He is involved in the care integration and reconciliation of different aspects of medical care within the hospital, as well as improving transitions of care for patients between the community (primary care) and the acute hospital in the eastern region of Singapore.
Clin Asst Prof Chang has a strong interest in medical education and is currently the Associate Programme Director of the SingHealth Residency (Family Medicine) programme. He was previously involved as a tutor in the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine programme with the College of Family Physicians, Singapore (CFPS) and is currently a tutor in the Fellowship Programme with the CFPS. He was Deputy Director of SingHealth Polyclinics – Sengkang prior to his current appointment.
Clin Asst Prof Chang maintains an active clinical practice in the integrated care clinics at Changi General Hospital. He is also involved as an examiner for the Graduate Diploma and Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) programmes.
