Dr Diraviyam Balasubramanian

Dr. D Balasubramanian is a senior consultant with the Department of Geriatric Medicine at Changi General Hospital (CGH). He underwent specialist registrar training in geriatrics in North West Deanery, UK. He was also a consultant in geriatrics for eight years prior to moving to Singapore.

Dr. D Balasubramanian’s areas of interest include orthogeriatrics, osteoporosis and falls. He also specialises in treatment of chronic diseases in the elderly such as diabetes, hypertension and cardiac failure, delirium and cognitive impairment, frailty as well as musculoskeletal diseases.
