Eating well is vital to a healthy life. If you have questions regarding your diet and would like to benefit from individual counselling regarding your eating habits, our dietitians can offer such nutrition support through the assessment of your current, recent or usual food intake through the use of food diaries and computer dietary analysis to evaluate your intake. An individual session may include a full nutritional assessment, a personal nutrition plan and ways to monitor and evaluate your progress to help you stay on track.

Our dietetic counselling services are usually provided to patients who are referred by medical or nursing staff. To make a direct appointment, you will require a referral letter from either a GP or Polyclinic doctor.

We believe that eating healthily does not mean that you have to starve or completely deprive yourself of your favourite food. Instead, we will help you to reduce your total calorie intake by analysing your current eating habits and identifying areas for improvement. Based on your individually prescribed calorie intake, we will create meal plans to help you achieve your total calorie target. At the same time, you will be equipped with essential dietary knowledge and skills to help you achieve a balanced diet. Your progress will be reviewed regularly and adjustments made based on your lifestyle to help you achieve your weight loss target.
