CGH@Home offers hospital-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. As part of the national Mobile Inpatient Care-at-Home (MIC@Home) programme, clinically suitable patients can receive comprehensive medical attention without the need to be admitted to hospital.

Eligibility
Admission to CGH@Home is based on professional medical assessment. The attending physician will initiate the referral process after evaluating the patient's medical condition.
Considerations include:
- Clinically stable and care needs can be provided for through CGH@Home
- Able to perform activities of daily living (ADL) independently, or have a caregiver to assist with ADLs
- Safe and hygienic home environment
- Access to a phone for teleconsultations
