5 January 2021 - Desmond Khoo, Diagnostic Radiographer, CGH, remembers the support from his family when he went back to school following a mid-career change to a radiographer. He had made the decision to switch to the healthcare industry as he felt work could be more meaningful following a period of unemployment. To Desmond, giving up was not an option. He put in extra time and effort to make sure he understood what he was learning. This was on top of his family commitments as he often had to help take care of his ageing parents and young children.
