11 January 2021 - Under the mentorship of CGH Senior Principal Pharmacist Yasmin Ng, a Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) graduate invented a device to lower the risk of users administering wrong dose of medication. CGH implemented Syringe Brake in its Emergency Department in 2018 and expanded the use to its wards in September 2020.
