19 January 2021 - Dr Lim Chau Sian, Consultant, Dept of Psychological Medicine, CGH, spoke about how the excessive use of social media will affect one’s mental well-being. He also gave some tips on how one can moderate the use of social media, and shared the typical treatment for a person with addictions.
