21 July 2020 - Dr Joshua Li, Registrar, Department of Sport & Exercise Medicine, CGH highlighted the importance of progressing in exercise intensity and frequency gradually, and shared that overuse injuries commonly occur when the muscles and tendons are not ready to support the attempted activity. He also shared simple exercises to strengthen the muscles around the ankles, to prevent common ankle injuries such as Achilles tendon rupture, ankle sprains, and more.
