​25 Febuary 2020 - As more people adopt sedentary lifestyles, not stretching the body will result in stiffness and aches. Dr Li Zhongyi, Joshua, Registrar, Sport and Exercise Medicine Centre @ CGH spoke about the benefits of stretching for flexibility and mobility. One should focus on stretching the muscles frequently used for work or exercise.
