YoOP! Art Exhibition & Competition 2026

The annual YoOP! Art Exhibition & Competition provides a platform for youths to explore and express themes of mental well-being through art, while fostering meaningful conversations about mental health within our community.

This year's theme, “Connected - People, Places and Experiences That Help Us Thrive” invites youths to reflect on the connections that support their well-being and help them navigate life's challenges. Whether through relationships with family and friends, spaces where they feel safe and belong, or experiences that have shaped their growth, participants are encouraged to share their unique perspectives through creative expression.

Through these artworks, we hope to celebrate the many ways connection can strengthen resilience, nurture well-being, and help us thrive.
