Overview
The Eastern Community Health Outreach (ECHO) Programme is a chronic disease prevention programme, jointly organised by Changi General Hospital and Pasir Ris East & West Active Ageing Committees. It aims to reduce your risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. The ECHO Programme also includes a series of community-based healthy lifestyle programmes to help guide you towards a healthier journey.

ECHO Programme is open to Pasir Ris residents aged 40 years and above, with no known chronic disease, and have not been screened for the last three years.  If you are a Singaporean staying in Pasir Ris, we would like to invite you to participate in the ECHO health screening.
