Overview

The Eastern Community Health Outreach (ECHO) Programme is a chronic disease prevention programme, jointly organised by Changi General Hospital and Kembangan-Chai Chee Active Ageing Committee. It aims to reduce your risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. The ECHO Programme also includes a series of community-based healthy lifestyle programmes to help guide you towards a healthier journey.

ECHO Programme is open to Kembangan-Chai Chee residents aged 40 years and above, with no known chronic disease, and have not been screened for the last three years. If you are a Singaporean staying in Kembangan-Chai Chee, we would like to invite you to participate in the ECHO health screening.
