Overview

The Eastern Community Health Outreach (ECHO) Programme is a chronic disease prevention programme, jointly organised by Changi General Hospital and Joo Chiat Active Ageing Committee. It aims to reduce your risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. The ECHO Programme also includes a series of community-based healthy lifestyle programmes to help guide you towards a healthier journey.

ECHO Programme is open to Joo Chiat residents aged 40 years and above, with no known chronic disease, and have not been screened for the last three years. If you are a Singaporean staying in Joo Chiat, we would like to invite you to participate in the ECHO health screening.
