Otorhinolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery
Dr Lee Tee Sin is currently the Deputy Head and a Senior Consultant with the Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Changi General Hospital (CGH). He is also the Director of the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Service. Upon completing his Otorhinolaryngology training, he was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan to pursue a 1-year clinical fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with the University of Toronto, Canada, endorsed by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He also achieved the highest international score in the 2014 IBCFPRS examination, and was honoured with the Claus D. Walter Award for Academic Excellence. He then completed the board certification process in 2017 and is a Diplomate of the IBCFPRS.
Dr Lee is active in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, holding appointments such as Associate Programme Director of the SingHealth Otolaryngology Residency Programme and Clinical Assistant Professor of the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Adjunct Assistant Professor of the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, as well as Clinical Senior Lecturer of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. He is also a visiting consultant to Singapore General Hospital, Singapore National Eye Centre, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. He has also contributed significantly to the Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Singapore, having previously held the positions of Honorary Treasurer, Vice President, and President.
